Scott Echerer has owned and managed an aerospace manufacturing company , an x-ray diagnostic service and two software development companies, all of which were successful. He has also been the principle investigator for several National Science Foundation SBIR grants.

He holds 5 patents on medical devices, a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

A self-avowed "no nonsense manager",  he retired in 2003 at the age of 40 and pursued his lifelong dream of building a castle on the lake. He now volunteers as a director for the Rural Telemedicine Cooperative, Inc. a non-profit medical technology company.

His background and success in business, engineering, finance and technology development make him an ideal leader for our group.

He enjoys gourmet dining (usually at home), travel, boating, scuba diving, snow skiing, spending quality time with his wife and the hands-on development of great business ideas.
